This is a feature packed machine that measures and bar-code scans, the Actual Weight and Volume/Volumetric Weight of packages, consisting of Length, breadth and height of parcel, avoiding human errors and laborious manual calculations at the click of a button.

The actual weight of the parcel is measured using Industrial Grade Strain Gauge Aluminum Load cells.

For volume and volumetric weight, There are 3 sets of Ultrasonic Sensors placed along 3 Axis to measure the Length, Width and Height of the Parcel, which also prove to be cost effective.

The load cells and special Sensors are interfaced to Micro Control Board (MATS) along with 4 Line LCD Display to show the results from the Microcontroller Output.

Micro Controller then computes the Actual Weight and the volumetric weight and shows them on the LCD Display.

This product is thus an advanced technology that helps logistics and shipping industry to save costs and increase productivity.
